At Drunken Bee, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted exclusively for products that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, you may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To proceed, please contact our support team at support@drunkenbee.com and provide your order number along with photographic evidence of the damage. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
